Erm I'd have to say solar eclipses are my fav atm same reason can get about 10 jumps going on good day as well....need ta work on my balance a lil though...
well i think im one of the biggest fans of Windmill... so yeah.
Im still working on going back to the first position (stabbing hand) and after that ima do Windmills till ill die :)
I don't think that Crickets are that hard and it doesn't looks as good as Windmill.

Yeah I am an old school power head. My favorite power-move to do is probably the headspin and I really like mills and flares haaa when I hit them correctly and with little effort.
yes good call!! although you can certainly begin exercises for either! For instance, little things with your own body weight like dips, different types of pushups, hip flexor workouts and just plain old abs will help tremendously for both moves.
