LEON!!! Hey Hey those are all great beginner moves. My suggestion would be to strengthen and condition as much as you can before practicing alot of these moves. I mean really strengthen your knee joins and learn a handstand and basic freezes before and power moves. In addition, improve your flexibility. Exercises also include sitting on your head without spinning. Just stationary neck strengthening practices to get your neck used to holding your body weight before you start trying to spin. There are lots of footwork strength exercises.

For now let the footwork happen slowly. don't rush it or you'll skip moves or just look sloppy. Wait until you really get it and on both sides for footwork. So counter and clockwise.

hope that helps for now.
hit me up with any other questions and comments please
THANKS

A good begginer move is some dope footwork/top rock.

Try this: Indian step,go down in a coin drop/six step/CC/4 step/ a couple of russians and then Bam! Chair Freeze.

Beginners should learn to do the 1 step/Coffee Grinder, 2 step/Baby Swipe, 3 step, 4 step, 6 step, and 12 step. Those are the most basic footwork. Beginners should also learn Ci Ci's, Basic Toprock, Turtle Freeze, Baby Freeze, Hanglide Freeze, Chair Freeze if you want, swipes, and a handstand I guess.
