First: Not swinging fast enough.
2nd: Not swinging high enough on your shoulders/backof head
1) Try pushing of your hands harder and kicking your legs faster
2) Try leaning back to help get you high on those shoulders and back. You'll create a more circular motion and be able to do more of a full rotation back onto your turtle freeze again. The first example in the vid is actually quite good if you could speed it up a bit to get you around. keep me posted and don't get discouraged! It'll click soon.
