Hmm not much for suggesting besides more practice n if you feel like ur not doing what u were the first time try fixing it or focus leaning ur hips up after ur first windmill for easier pop during ur spin to follow through =o but eh ill see if i can get a vid up just to show u my windmill i hone teh skills for it daily and working on my munchies lol.
