lol pretty much all the strength is leaning toward the abs and upper body as legs lean down, heck of alot of focus putting pressure on arms though lol @_@ that moves no joke lol
lol just balancing body in an reversed inclined position and it hurts alot but from time to time gets easier lol but ya , and nps i got practice now myself, ttyl
lol can do alot of moves @_@, but summary every1 knows, windmill , headspin, airchair, handhops, workin on hollow back, just ur average serious neighborhood bboy lol.
i'm a massive fan of Britney Spears, Breakdancing, Horseriding, Cadets, Swimming, Gymnastics, Drama and A's in school...but mostly Britney Spears and Breakdancing ... and Horseriding.
